SneakerFab allows for returns for store credit within 30 days of the date the items arrive to your home. Terms and conditions apply:
- Products can be returned only if they're in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the tags still attached. Unfortunately we won't be able to give store credit if the item is not in its original condition anymore ☹️
- Intimates can not be returned under any circumstances! (underwear, socks, swim wear, tights etc)
When your return arrives at our address, we'll send you the deets on your store credit ✅
Can I cancel my order after I've bought something on the website?
We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - send us message and we'll cancel and refund you as soon as we get your request.
What if it arrives broken and I want a refund?
We do offer straight up refunds for product that is damaged on arrival. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement. Send us some good pictures of the damaged item and we'll get you a refund.

What if I'm really unhappy and want my money back?

We are not responsible for the return shipping and don't provide a returns label 😕
Can I exchange an item for something else?
Unfortunately no, but you can just return it in the original condition with all the tags and we'll give you store credit. You can purchase it again in a different size or color or something totally else. Exchanges can be done just by using your store credit to purchase something else.
What if I received the wrong item?
Sh!t... we must have screwed up 🙈 Let us know and we'll send you the right item.
